À la Carte Steaks
All steaks are butchered in house. Our menu and list of cuts change on a nightly basis due to limited cuts from whole animal butchery. We offer only the best selections of USDA Prime and locally sourced Wagyu. Our steaks are seasoned with himalayan salt and tellicherry pepper, cooked to order & topped with WBC port butter.
