CHEF’S TASTING MENU
À La Carte
All steaks are butchered in house. Our menu and list of cuts change on a nightly basis due to limited cuts from whole animal butchery. We season with himalayan salt and tellicherry pepper & cook them to order. All steaks are topped with WBC port butter.
